Los Altos Hills Contemporary
We were originally engaged to select furnishings, but as our clients began questioning some of the architectural elements, the project grew to encompass an entire interior remodel.
Our challenge was to strip away the excess, letting the clean lines of the original architecture emerge. We selected fabrics, furnishes and finishes and mixed them with Mediterranean accents, including a handsome fireplace finished in antique nickel in the library, and an antique mantle framing the fireplace in the living room. Throughout the house, bold accessories combined with 17th century contemp antiques honor the home’s original architecture and provide a warm and comfortable living space. |
